Want Me To Invest Then Talk To Me!
The idea for this article was spurned from an incident I had with a Referral and
the Autosurf program, EasyShareProfit.
I upgraded and was doing my daily thing, surfin' and earnin', with ESP when I
realized a referral who was inquiring about the ins and outs of the program was
not actually in my downline on the site. She signed up via my referral link but
somehow got placed under someone else.
Okay... Support ticket!

That was 4 days ago and my referral sent in the first one. After two days with no
reply I sent in a "ticket" and followed up after 24 hours with another. Not a peep
and no "blip" showed up on the radar screen of any incoming emails from ESP
The next step was to email the Admin, Steve, which we both sent to prove I wasn't
trying to steal some other member's downline. Getting impatient, I sent an update to
my subscribers that I wasn't going to buy anymore adpacks until I get an answer
from Steve. Communication is a must with me...especially in the early stages of a
program. If there is no support...see ya!
I sent out that update last night and guess what was waiting for me in my inbox
in the morning...a reply from the ESP Admin...Steve. All taken care of and my referral
is in the correct positioning in my downline. Now I'm happy...carry on. First though I
had send out another update that ESP was in my good graces again.
In Steve's defense he does send out updates 2 or 3 times a day with the status of
ROI's and payouts but individual circumstances need to be addressed as well.
In comparison, the 8DailyForever Admin has a Blog, where she posts articles about
the program but also has a feature that is very handy... a "shoutbox". I requested
a referral commission payout early yesterday morning. After Lunch, I was curious
when payouts would be completed. I scooted over to the Admin's Blog and scrolled
down through the shoutbox and saw that she was currently processing payouts.
An hour later, the funds arrived in my Alertpay account. Now...how easy was that!

what's happening. Hey! Admin's out there! How's about it! Communication is what
members want and this is a simple and easy way to achieve it.
