Matrix Versus Profit Sharing
Matrices look simple when you look at them in compensation plans of different
programs and companies. You can look at them up, down, sideways, diagonally,
and the commissions but it really doesn't matter, all an Affiliate has to worry about is
recruiting people to fill that first row and subsequent rows after that cascading down.
However...a savvy and experienced Marketer knows that "builders" or people with
big "lists" should go in the first line and they will practically help you fill the Matrix.
But for the average person or someone just starting out, they bring in whoever they
can recruit and if that downline member faces the same dilemma of first learning how
and where to promote the referral link...it will take a long time to make any headways
and even to break even with the monthly subscription fee that was paid.
The trend now is "one-time' payment Matrices but again these are only lucrative for
those with "big lists" and have a knack for recruiting people. These start with a quick
launch for these type of members and the funds accumulate quickly but then begin to
tail off as his or her's "list" is exhausted. Some "builders" in the downline will build
up commissions but eventually it will begin to slow down and people begin searching
and waiting for the next Matrix that will start the process all over again.
Again...for the average guy or gal learning the ropes or even with a few people they
know, will not have much success here either. Overspill? Yes...that happens but again
depends how far down in the Matrix you are and when a member eventually falls below
you in your downline. I was told a long time ago...don't depend on overspill, you have to
make it happen and don't expect the people above me to work just to fill my downline
...not going to happen although I have seen it but very rarely.
OK...let's compare all this recruiting and beating the traffic exchange bushes for new
members to join your downline in a Matrix... to a Profit Share program.

Register and upgrade....surf a required number of sites in a rotator ether manually
or automatically and when the server clock rolls over to the new day...you have earned
a percentage of the profit sharing pool of funds, normally around 1 to 2+% a day of
the cash value of your adpack. The average Profit Sharing program will pay you until
you receive 200% or double your original purchase. No recruiting required and you can
juggle several of these at the one time plus advertise your own referral link or product.
The bonus is referral commissions in these programs and it's completely optional
but they range from 3% up to 15% of your downline's purchase. Let's assume a member
in your downline bought $200 worth of adpacks and the referral commission is 10%
...that's $20 that goes to you and that's only one member on one day. Some people have
to work 2 months to gather that much in an average Matrix.
